font-weight: bold;
line-height: 1.3em;
margin-bottom: 0;

/*background-color: #e7e7e7;*/
background-color: #000000; /* Makes the color Black instead of very light gray */

height: 4px; /* Makes the height of the horizontal line 4px  instead of 1px*/
/*height: 1px;*/

The following changes made in header.php

<!– Commented out by Harold 10092015 to not display Site Identity info
<?php $heading_tag = ( is_home() || is_front_page() ) ? ‘h1’ : ‘div’; ?>
<<?php echo $heading_tag; ?> id=”site-title”>
<a href=”<?php echo home_url( ‘/’ ); ?>” title=”<?php echo esc_attr( get_bloginfo( ‘name’, ‘display’ ) ); ?>” rel=”home”><?php bloginfo( ‘name’ ); ?></a>
</<?php echo $heading_tag; ?>>
<div id=”site-description”><?php bloginfo( ‘description’ ); ?></div>

The above “code” box was made by switching to “text” mode and inserting the following:

<div style=”border: 3px solid black; background: #9999FF; padding: 1.2em;”>
